So good to be back. The 1st season ended late February of 2020... and we all know how that year went. It's been a minute.
Alright, so I do need to get something off my chest.
Real talk: I recorded this episode in one take, on my bed, at midnight.
After a long week of deadlines (on other projects I'm very excited to share soon), I almost did not record this intro episode. We've all been there right? You are so focused on making it "good" or setting aside "more time," you just never get started? I realized what I was doing and said, forget it, I'd rather be honest and put something out there than nothing at all.
With that being said, my apologies for the rambling and incessant "ums." Thank you for taking me as I am.
I justify this as embodying the essence of the show: loose, imperfect, and authentic.
